Counselling, Coaching & Supervision

People come to me with many different stories.

For me, stories are rich and fertile ground. They shape how we understand ourselves, how we make sense of our experiences, and how we imagine what might come next. I don't believe our stories are fixed. Given the right conditions, they can continue to grow, deepen and surprise us.

Some people arrive to therapy carrying grief. Some are navigating change or burnout. Others are trying to understand themselves more deeply after years of feeling different. Many are simply looking for a space where they can pause, reflect and begin to make sense of where they are now.

Whether through counselling, coaching or, soon, clinical supervision (hopefully coming later in 2026), I offer a thoughtful, neuro-affirming space where your story can be explored with curiosity, compassion and care.

Counselling

Humanistic counselling offers a compassionate, collaborative space to explore whatever feels important to you.

I work with adults experiencing a wide range of issues including identity, anxiety, grief, life transitions, relationships, self-esteem, burnout and the complexities of autism and ADHD, particularly where these have been recognised later in life.

I believe therapy is about understanding ourselves more fully and discovering new ways of relating to our lives, our relationships and our own stories.

Current availability:

My counselling caseload is currently full and I am not accepting new therapy clients. Alongside my remaining client work, I'm studying for an MA in Autism at Sheffield Hallam University and beginning training in clinical supervision. These next few years mark an exciting new chapter in my professional journey, with an increasing focus on supervision, writing, research and education.

Positive Psychology Coaching

Coaching offers a different kind of reflective space.

While counselling often explores how our past continues to shape us, coaching is generally more future-focused. My coaching draws on Positive Psychology while remaining grounded in compassion, authenticity and the understanding that growth is rarely a straight line.

Clinical Supervision

This autumn I'll begin formal training in clinical supervision alongside my MA in Autism.

After more than seventeen years in therapeutic practice, supervision feels like a natural next step. I'm looking forward to supporting fellow practitioners through reflective practice, professional development and thoughtful conversations about client work, professional development and reflective practice.

As part of my supervision training, I'll be inviting expressions of interest from a small number of supervisees later this year, who will be offered supervision at a reduced training rate. More information will be shared here as these placements become available.
